Or search the amount of fluid transferred per revolution,according to the flow calculation formula, calculate the speed corresponding to the required flow, and then adjust the speed to obtain the corresponding flow.
This method can roughly set the speed and flow rate, easy operation, commonly used in “speed variable peristaltic pump”

Set an arbitrary speed n1, and measure the actual liquid quantity Q1 transmitted in a certain time t1
Calculate the flow coefficient a according to a=Q1/n1, then calculate the speed n2 according to the formula n2 =Q2 / a, adjust the speed to get the required flow L1.
The flow rate accuracy obtained by this method is high, but the operation is complicated, and it is suitable for the “speed variable peristaltic pump” that requires high flow rate and quantitative accuracy.
